This is just a simple fee structure so there are definitely outliers on both ends of the spectrum that can be agreed upon before the service is started. Our fees are an attempt to coincide with expected time spent on each case.
PERSONAL TAX PREP We competitively offer a simple fee range of $300 to $400 for most personal tax returns w/o additional schedules. |
S CORP ELECTION We can convert your business into an S Corp for $200. Save on self-employment taxes and implement advantageous executive benefits. |
SMALL BUSINESS, LLCS TAX PREP Small businesses are commonly reported on your personal tax return on Schedule C. Typical fee range is $300 to $500. |
BOOKKEEPING SERVICES Bookkeeping services are typically $200 to $400 per month, or $350 to $500 per quarter |
RENTAL PROPERTY TAX PREP Rental properties are reported on your personal tax return on Schedule E. Typical fee range is $300 - $500, includes depreciation, and passive loss calculations. |
ESTIMATED TAX PAYMENTS & PLANNING Proper tax planning is essential. We can prepare estimates for $300 to $400 for all four payments including adjustments. We can discuss each quarter. |
CONSULTATION The first 10-15 minutes is free in good faith. Otherwise we charge $150 to $200 per hour. |
PARTNERSHIPS, CORPS TAX PREP Fee range is $500 to $950 for partnership and corporate tax returns, yet most are prepared for $600 to $800, depending on your books. Simple ones with no activity are $500 to $600. |
